It’s from a Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core tournament featuring a ridiculously insane performance by “Osaka B”, a Faust player who manages to score an OCV… TWICE. This video features one of them.

I dunno. That Faust doesn’t really seem to be all that. The players against Faust fall for a lot of Faust’s attacks and allow him to gain the advantage with his zoning. I didn’t really see any blocking or anything specifically with Faust’s raining meteor, it’s rather easy to time.
A-cho center does have a lot of decent tournament players and I’ve seen a number of their videos, I feel this doesn’t quite match up to what I’ve seen from their location.

That’s fair. I mainly posted this video because of the novelty of a Faust pulling an OCV, but yes, there are better exhibitions of skill from A-Cho.
Personally, if I could find some good 3rd Strike footage of Hirai, that’d be pretty neat.

OsakaB is one of the best Fausts in Japan right now, up there with R.F and Nemo. He uses a lot of gimmicks and has a really unorthodox way of playing Faust sometimes, but he gets away with it because he knows Faust and the match ups inside and out.
